4. Accounts
Certain features of the Service may require you to create an Account.
When you create an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization or if your login credentials have been compromised.
We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate an Account at any time if we reasonably believe that the Account violates these Terms, creates risk for CodingHelp or other users, is fraudulent, infringes the rights of others, or is otherwise harmful to the Service.
5. Google Sign-In and Third-Party Authentication
The Service may allow you to create or access an Account using Google sign-in or another third-party authentication provider.
Your use of any third-party authentication provider is subject to that provider's own terms and policies. CodingHelp is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or security practices of third-party authentication providers.

CodingHelp does not guarantee that any content, resource, recommendation, career path, course, skill list, survey result, AI-generated output, community response, or other material will be accurate, complete, current, suitable for your specific goals, or sufficient for any particular educational, professional, certification, employment, or business outcome.
You are responsible for independently evaluating all information before relying on it.
CodingHelp does not provide legal, financial, medical, professional licensing, academic advising, employment-placement, or career-guarantee services.
7. User Content and Uploads
The Service may allow users to create, submit, upload, post, transmit, store, or share User Content, including text, images, comments, questions, replies, messages, profile information, feedback, or other materials.
You retain ownership of any rights you have in your User Content. However, by submitting, uploading, posting, or otherwise making User Content available through the Service, you grant CodingHelp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, reformat, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, improve, promote, secure, and develop the Service.
This license includes the right to display User Content to other users where the feature you use is public or community-facing.
This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, comply with law, maintain backups, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of CodingHelp, users, or others.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all rights necessary to submit your User Content.
- Your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, contractual right, or other right of any person or entity.
- Your User Content does not violate applicable law.
- Your User Content does not contain malware, spyware, malicious code, or other harmful components.
- Your User Content complies with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences of submitting, uploading, posting, or sharing it.
8. Public Content and Community Areas
If the Service includes forums, comments, questions, answers, replies, public profiles, or similar community features, any User Content you post in those areas may be visible to other users and may be publicly accessible.
You should not post personal, confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or private information in public areas of the Service.
We do not guarantee that public User Content can be fully removed from the internet after it has been posted, copied, indexed, archived, downloaded, shared, or otherwise accessed by others.
9. Content Moderation and Removal
We reserve the right, but do not have an obligation, to review, monitor, edit, remove, restrict, disable access to, or refuse to display any User Content at any time and for any reason, including if we believe the User Content violates these Terms, creates legal risk, is harmful, infringes rights, is abusive, is misleading, threatens the security of the Service, or is otherwise objectionable.
We may also suspend or terminate Accounts that repeatedly or materially violate these Terms.
Our decision not to remove particular content does not mean we endorse that content or waive our right to remove it later.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Upload, post, transmit, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, threatening, discriminatory, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable content.

- Encourage or assist others in violating these Terms.
11. CodingHelp Content and Ownership
The Service and CodingHelp Content are owned by CodingHelp or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, database, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CodingHelp grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, translate, sell, license, exploit, or create derivative works based on the Service or CodingHelp Content without our prior written consent.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CodingHelp.
12. Third-Party Content, Resources, and Attribution
The Service may display, reference, summarize, link to, embed, or make available Third-Party Content, including educational resources, courses, videos, articles, documentation, career information, tools, images, names, logos, trademarks, and other materials.
Third-Party Content is owned by its respective owners, authors, publishers, licensors, or rights holders. CodingHelp does not claim ownership of Third-Party Content.
Where required by law, license, or reasonable attribution practice, CodingHelp will make reasonable efforts to provide credit, attribution, source references, or links to the applicable third-party owner, author, publisher, platform, or source.
Any use of Third-Party Content through the Service is provided for educational, informational, reference, commentary, discovery, or resource-navigation purposes.
The inclusion of Third-Party Content does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, partnership, approval, or responsibility by CodingHelp or by the third-party owner unless expressly stated.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any terms, licenses, restrictions, or policies that apply to Third-Party Content.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, resources, tools, courses, communities, or platforms that are not owned or controlled by CodingHelp.
CodingHelp is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, policies, products, services, or actions of any third-party website or service.
Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website or service you access.
14. Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit ideas, feedback, suggestions, recommendations, bug reports, feature requests, improvements, comments, or other input relating to CodingHelp or the Service, you agree that we may use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, display, implement, commercialize, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any purpose without restriction, attribution, approval, compensation, or credit to you.
You agree that feedback is provided voluntarily and does not create any confidentiality obligation, ownership claim, fiduciary duty, employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or obligation to pay you.
To the extent you have any rights in feedback, you grant CodingHelp a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid license to use that feedback in any manner.

If CodingHelp designates a formal DMCA agent, the agent's name, address, phone number, email address, and any required registration information should be listed on the Service.
We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken or unauthorized, you may contact us with a counter-notification. We may request additional information before restoring content.
16. AI-Assisted Features
The Service may include AI-assisted features that help generate study materials, explanations, summaries, quizzes, learning paths, career suggestions, or other educational content.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, biased, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
You should not submit confidential, sensitive, proprietary, personal, or legally protected information into AI-assisted features unless the feature specifically states that such information is required and explains how it will be used.
CodingHelp does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, usefulness, or availability of AI-generated content.
17. No Employment, Certification, Academic, or Professional Guarantee
CodingHelp may provide information about careers, skills, courses, resources, certifications, learning paths, job preparation, or study plans.
CodingHelp does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in employment, admission, certification, graduation, passing an exam, career advancement, business success, income, or any particular outcome.
All career, education, and learning information is provided for general informational purposes only.
18. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service or your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
- You violated these Terms.
- Your User Content violates these Terms or applicable law.
- Your Account creates risk to CodingHelp, users, third parties, or the Service.
- Your Account has been used fraudulently, abusively, unlawfully, or insecurely.
- We are required to do so by law.
- Continued access would expose CodingHelp to legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, User Content licenses, feedback rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and governing law.
20. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CodingHelp, its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
- Your access to or use of the Service.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your violation, infringement, or misappropriation of any third-party right.
- Your misuse of Third-Party Content or third-party services.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
21. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodingHelp disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
CodingHelp does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
- The Service will meet your requirements or expectations.
- Any content will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
- Any defects or errors will be corrected.
- The Service will be free of viruses, malware, harmful code, or security vulnerabilities.
- Any educational, career, certification, or study outcome will be achieved.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodingHelp and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, computer damage, service interruption, personal injury, privacy loss, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodingHelp's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid to CodingHelp for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose; or
- One hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Because CodingHelp is currently offered as a free educational resource, you acknowledge that this limitation of liability is a material part of these Terms.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
23. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, limit, or remove any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, discontinuation, replacement, limitation, or removal of the Service or any feature.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, such as by posting the updated Terms on the Service, updating the “Last updated” date, or providing additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
25. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
26. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact CodingHelp and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
You may contact us at: alexanderdejesus@codinghelp.org
You agree to provide a brief written description of the dispute, your contact information, and the relief you seek.
We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
27. For European Union and Other International Users
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may have rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
28. United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country or territory subject to a United States government embargo or comprehensive sanctions.
- You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited, restricted, or sanctioned parties.
- You will not use the Service in violation of United States export control, sanctions, or other applicable laws.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to accomplish its intended purpose to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
30. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.
31. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or operation of law.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and CodingHelp regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings regarding the Service.
